PARTICIPATE
This is a project of the people, by the people, for the people of TC Flamenco community. The best starting point to participate in this project is to attend Juan's classes (See class information). He is offering 5 different classes on cante flamenco (Flamenco singing and songs) from June 3 to 17. They are designed for dancers, guitarists, and aficionados of all levels to learn more about cante.

Also, don't miss to join our community gathering on June 8. It is free (donation deeply appreciated) and more importantly fun! Juan's interesting lecture on his Flamenco life followed by a fiesta. How many times in a year do we get to have a Flamenco fiesta in TC? We love fiestas!
If you are taking 5 or more classes with Juan, you have a ticket to perform in a street performance on June 10 and a professional performance at James Ballentine VFW on June 17. It is a perfect opportunity for you to gain true Flamenco performance experiences implementing what you will learn with Juan.
DONATE
Our residency project received a generous Community Arts Grant from Metropolitan Regional Arts Council. However, we still need to raise funds equal to the grant amount. Most of the expenses are due to the international travel cost and work permit (the airfare, visa application, etc.). Please consider making a donation of whatever amount to help us successfully implement this project. Flamenco improves many people's lives in the Twin Cities. The music and art excite many of us and we stay healthy through Flamenco. Our mission is to bring the goodness of Flamenco to our community directly from Spain. We deeply appreciate your support.
VOLUNTEER AND TAKE JUAN'S CLASS IN EXCHANGE
We would appreciate your help to volunteer and successfully implement our programs. In return, we will waive your fee to take Juan's class according to the hours you give. Tasks vary including class registration, communication, social media, etc. If you are interested, please email to twincitiesflamenco@gmail.com. Everyone is welcome but we would like to especially invite people with economic disadvantage and people who otherwise could not study with Juan.
